Hear me out first…

The study, which involved rats, showed that by pumping them with an enormous dose of lycopene, phytofluene, or tomato powder, serum testosterone concentrations were recorded at 30% – 40% less than the control group.

HOWEVER (and this is often an enormous, however), the quantity of lycopene they were force-feeding these rats was the human equivalent of eating 3.3 tomatoes PER DAY.
